Where we came from

Prime Sequoia began in 2016 when two builders and an interior designer realized they shared the same frustration: renovation projects that prioritized speed over quality, profit over partnership.

We'd all worked for larger firms. We'd all watched corners get cut. Materials downgraded without client knowledge. Timelines stretched because crews were pulled to more lucrative jobs.

So we left. Started fresh with a simple promise: do what we say we'll do, when we say we'll do it, for the price we quoted.
